To become a member of the Marine Corps League, please fill out the membership application below.

You can join as a:
1) Regular member (a United States Marine on a-active duty, b- veteran, c- retired or d- Corpsman who served with the Fleet Marine Force. Join yearly or as a life member.
-OR-
2) Associate member- any non-Marine individual in good standing.
Please return the completed application, copy of your DD-214 (non-active duty Marine/Corpsman) or copy of your ID card (active duty Marine), and payment of dues either on the Marine Corps League website links below, cash or check.
The documents/payment can be turned in by:
1) Bringing them to the next membership meeting (3rd Tues each month) @ the Elks Lodge, San Clemente, CA
2) By mail addressed to: Marine Corps League-South Coast Detachment 022
